Panzica brings over 30 years of Direct Sales and Sales Education experience to the 360 Associates team. Beginning his career as a sales coordinator, Joe earned his way through complex national sales organizations, maintaining the equivalent title of National Sales Manager or Territory Manager for several years in different regions and products.
Panzica has provided Sales education to the who’s who of mega retailing. Names like Whirlpool, Sears, Lowes, Best Buy and others, and continues to work with smaller companies in the West Michigan area. His style comes from front-line, first-hand experience as a people-motivating, positive attitude sales guy who loves to share his knowledge with others and to see them succeed.
In addition to successfully leading national sales organizations, Panzica has written accredited college level courses on the topic and has been consulted on others.
