Each of our 360 Associates is an expert in their own field and collectively, we have nearly four hundred years experience in running businesses in the areas of Strategic Planning and Business Development, Manufacturing, Lean Operations, Six Sigma, Product and Process Design, Quality Systems, Finance, Project Management and Education.

Not only have we built factories and tech centers, we have relocated them and run them. We have set up businesses and processes around the world and have successfully closed some. We have designed new products and processes from the ground up and many of our people hold patents in their name. Several of our team also hold certifications in their area of expertise and have been published in national journals.

Additionally, we have been in the field, selling and interfacing with customers of all types. Our customer relations, customer loyalty and sales training is sought out by some of your favorite companies.

360 Associates are also highly skilled educators who are motivated to share their experience and knowledge in and out of classroom settings. Our operating philosophy is to lead by example and to teach and share as we complete our mission critical tasks.

We earned the privilege of becoming leaders by getting our hands dirty. Yes, we can do the math, run the machines and we can do the detail work? We spent a lifetime doing it well. But at the same time, we understand the value of and our success is based on people-oriented leadership.
